Principal
Caleb’s career has spanned numerous specialties and countries, including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Australia, and the US. Prior to FTAG, he spent 4 years at Dong Yan Investment (Shanghai) Limited, where he managed the Dong Yan Investment Funds I & II and sought to maximise total returns by allocating portfolios based on macro views of the Chinese market, while balancing the need for liquidity for opportunistic trades as Fund Operations Manager.
With a keen interest in the financial markets and technology, Caleb injects a creative vision to the finance industry, an often-overlooked aspect usually lacking in the highly structured and inflexible discipline.
Caleb is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and holds a Bachelor of Mass Communications in Public Relations and Journalism from the University of Southern Queensland. He attended the Oxford Fintech Program and Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.

Anthony Koh is a visionary, thought leader and technopreneur. He has more than 20 years in emerging technology and business, especially in the field of financial technology, remittances and blockchain. He co-founded MCPAYMENT, a regional financial technology company specialised in Merchant Payment Services and providing digital enabling services. Under his leadership, he scaled the company to the become one of the leading payment companies in the region and successfully brought the company to become the first digital payment firm to be listed on SGX. He was the Executive Director and Group CEO of MC Payment Limited.
Established in 2005, MC Payment is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act 2019, Bank Negara of Malaysia, Bank of Thailand and Bank of Indonesia respectively.
Anthony Koh is also the founding member of Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce and was appointed to the Board. Prior to his current role, he was involved in the internet startup in the mid 1990s when the internet company running the Property Portal to a listco in 1999. He was on board of a Real Estate Agency in early 2000s. He was also one of the invited Key Speaker in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Start-up Conference held in Seoul in 2012.

Chia Hock Lai is the current Chief Executive Officer of Switchnovate and Senior Advisor (Blockchain Fund II) of Tembusu Partners.
Besides being the founding president of the Singapore FinTech Association, a founding member of the Global Fintech Institute and co-chairman of the Blockchain Association Singapore.
